Description of Pooltiel House
Construction is completed. Pooltiel House is available for holidays from 2013. The picture below was taken in the summer of 2012.

General information:
The house:
➤ Pooltiel House on Skye, Scotland is a self catering three bedroom open plan holiday home. The house is designed around one of its key features: a spacious plot on the coast of Loch Pooltiel. You can enjoy widespread seaviews from the kitchen, living, bedrooms and upstairs bathroom.
Entering the house you will find a hall (with a separate toilet) that leads to to the open plan living. The kitchen with dining table is on your left. The living with a wood burning stove in front of you. Both are dominated by the view towards the sea and Dunvegan Head. The picture below gives you an idea:
In the living on your right the ash stairway to the first floor and the door leading to the en suite bedroom. On the first floor an ample landing with two Velux windows. Two bedrooms with the traditional dormer windows. A separate bathroom with a big Velux window. Seaviews.
Parking:
➤ Fenced off terrain with gate and private driveway ending in a flat parking space that will hold two cars; slated ramp to access the house.
Ground floor:
➤ Tiled; utility with washer/dryer; toilet; open plan kitchen and living with wood burning stove; bedroom with en-suite; ash stairway to first floor.
First floor:
➤ Two bedrooms and landing with oak floors, bathroom.
Bedrooms (3):
➤ Two bedrooms with two single beds, one bedroom with double bed (super king); all bedrooms with mirror, drawers, extra chair.
Seaview:
➤ Yes; from the kitchen, living, ground floor bedroom and from the first floor bedrooms and bathroom.
Heating:
➤ Air source heat pump (Daikin) for ground floor heating and DHW and wood burning stove.
Sleeps:
➤ Four (two bedrooms on first floor) but six can be made available with the bedroom on the ground floor.
Internet / TV:
➤ WIFI internet connection (service is subject to conditions, availability and limitations set by BT); TV with satellite dish (freesat); DVD Blue Ray and ipod docking station.
Children:
➤ Special bed and chair can be made available.
Pets / dogs:
➤ Sorry, no animals.
